Thursday: Arrival & Group Dinner

Upon arrival in Wolfsberg, check into your booked accommodation. 

Meet your local festival assistant for a brief welcome meeting. 

Evening: Group dinner at the hotel. 

Friday: Sightseeing, Boat Cruise & Festival Opening 

Breakfast at accommodation. 

Morning: Excursion to Klagenfurt for a guided visit to Carinthia’s capital followed by optional lunch. 

Afternoon: Take the short trip to the famous Wörthersee and enjoy a boat cruise. After, return to Wolfsberg. 

Evening: Group dinner at the hotel. Official festival opening ceremony & speech of the Mayor. 

Saturday: Morning & Evening Concerts Breakfast at the accommodation. 

Morning: Choir performance in Wolfsberg’s city center. Get-together group lunch with Austrian choirs in a local restaurant. 

Afternoon: At leisure – possibility to visit Wolfsberg Castle, Saint Paul’s Monastery or the Lavanthaus Museum. 

Evening: Group dinner at the hotel. Evening exchange concert with a local Austrian choir possibly at the Convention Center or the Town Hall.

Sunday: Closing Ceremony & Mass Service on Mount Koralpe 

Breakfast at the accommodation. 

Morning: Transfer & Chairlift ride to “zum Hohenwart”, located 1920m above sea level. 

Liturgical mass service at the “Klippitztörl” including performances of all choirs. After the service, traditional songs of each country will be presented. To conclude the festival, all participants perform the common piece “La Montanara”. 

Official closing ceremony & farewell speech held by the Mayor of Wolfsberg followed by a common group lunch. 

Individual departure after lunch.
